Game Larder Cold rooms
Wether your a game dealer or supplying game the current legislation as of 1st January 2006 announced a legal requirement for shot deer to be stored at 7°C or below and for shot 'small game' (i.e. game birds) to be stored at 4°C or below you need a game larder or cold room. All you require to do then is register with your local authority as a food business under the new legislation.
Storage of game and the preservation of shot is important and it’s also important that the storage facilities meet these requirements. Our game larder storage rooms do just that. These can be supplied with either hanging rails or a stand alone unit and with a large selection of sizes and capacities.
