Fire Reaction:

• Fire Classification: Panels comply with BS1d0 (according to EN13501-1), which is a fire safety standard.
• Reaction to Fire: Varies with thickness, with higher thickness providing better resistance.

Fastening System:

• System: Double male-female format with stainless steel AISI430 fasteners.
• Temperature Range: Between -40°C and +75°C based on panel thickness.

Coating:

• Standard Coating: Galvanized steel sheet, pre-lacquered with polyester (25μ), featuring a removable protective film in white color and food-safe quality.
• Custom Coating: Options like stainless steel or plastified steel sheet with PVC are available through special orders.

Panel Construction:

• Joining System: Uses eccentric cam-locks with a square key for a tight, airtight seal. This system ensures high insulation and air and water tightness.
• Performance: Airtightness and waterproofness are ensured as per EN 12114 and EN 12865 standards.

Floor and Ceiling Panels:

• Size: Length up to 12,000 mm, usable width of 1,180 mm, and total width of 1,195 mm.
• Thickness Options: Panels are available in various thicknesses: 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm.
• Tolerances: According to EN 14509 standards.
