Warranty Coverage

Unless otherwise stated on the product advert. Equipment is brand new and comes with a minimum 1-year commercial manufacturers part replacement warranty.

Warranty Coverage

  • The warranties are valid only within the UK mainland and apply only if the product is fully paid for.
  • Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, damage, misuse, or alterations.
  • Parts such as door seals, light bulbs, handles, baskets, drain pipes, glass, and hinges are not covered.
  • Products damaged by fire, water, smoke, or those that have exceeded the warranty period are excluded.
  • Proper maintenance (e.g., cleaning and descaling) is required for eligibility.

Further Exclusions

  • Grade B or second-hand products are not covered by warranty.
  • Damage caused by overloading, misuse, tampering, or incorrect use is not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover loss of food, damage caused by improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.

Warranty Types

  • 1-Year Part Replacement: We offer free replacement of faulty parts. Excluding labour . Defective parts must be returned within 14 days at your cost; failure to do so will result in a charge for the replacement. A refundable deposit may be required prior to dispatch, which will be refunded once the faulty part is returned.
  • Back to Base Warranty: For certain products, you must return the item to us for repair at your own cost. If damage is caused by misuse, repair costs will apply.
  • Parts & Labour Warranty: Repairs will be carried out by qualified technicians. Any charges for repairs outside of the warranty (e.g., due to misuse or incorrect installation) will be your responsibility. An upfront payment may be required to book a technician. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect losses, such as loss of profit or business.
  • The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, neglect, or installation by unqualified personnel.

Replacing Goods

  • Any goods replaced under warranty become the property of the company.
  • Repaired or replaced goods will be covered by the remaining warranty period.

Start of Warranty

The warranty period begins from the invoice date.

Deposit for Warranty Calls
