Most of the refrigerated deliveries are made using 18-ton vehicles, which are approximately 4m (13ft) high and 11m (36ft) long—roughly the size of a double-decker bus. If your delivery location has any restrictions, please notify us in advance [email protected] or 0161 713 3085 so we can accommodate your requests before your order is dispatched from the warehouse or factory.
In some cases, we place direct orders with the manufacturer, shipping equipment directly to the buyer rather than delivering it to our warehouse first. This method enhances delivery speed and reduces environmental impact by cutting down on fuel usage and mileage. By streamlining our process, we lower operational costs, and these savings are passed on to you, allowing us to maintain competitive pricing.
All prices over £100 excluding vat comes with free kerb side delivery. This means that the delivery is made to the edge of delivery address or as close and safely as the road permits. The delivery driver will not move the equipment into the building or unpack them. If you require assistance with unpacking and positioning the goods inside, we offer this as an additional service and a small fee is applicable at point of sale. Delivery Timeframe & Charges:
- Average Delivery Time: Typically, 2-7 working days for in-stock items to UK Mainland Postcodes.
